Today,I want to introduce a model airplane to you.This model airplane is made by myself, the method is very sample, you can try.
This frame quick released model aircraft designed inspiration from disassembly and convenient mountain bike. Whole machine weighs only 12.4g,can be split into seven parts: wings, tail, fuselage, wings connecting frame (including front landing gear), power systems, receiver and battery. Position can be adjusted around the wing, the mounting angle can be adjusted within a certain range.

First, the preparatory work

Second, the production process
1,power systems
1),the production of motor frame
Motor frame can be divided into the front bracket and rear bracket. First, determine the motor right corner and pull the pull-down angle, then calculate the distance of the latter bracket mounting holes around the midpoint; then use the software to draw the desired pattern, painted with a laser machine CCL surface (directly engraved with engraving machines down better); finally come out with a milling process. The best shape accuracy bracket higher than 0.2mm, or will cause great shock when the propeller rotates at high speed.
2), the assembly
Prepare a diameter of 1mm, about 2mm long steel shaft, a 1mm diameter shrink tube, two collars and two spacers (removed from the motor shaft diameter 1mm), assembled, and then transferred hot air gun to 120C. Blowing heat shrink tubing to make it shrink; checking whether the rotating flexible shaft, if you need to adjust and flexible plastic fixed point 502, and finally put on the propeller.
2, making the tail

4, making landing gear
